Delete your account

For the ProApps Concepts mobile app and website

You can permanently delete your account using either method below.

Delete it inside the app

1. Sign in to ProApps Concepts.
2. Open Settings, then Danger zone.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm your password and the deletion request.

If you created the account using Google and have not set a password, first use the password option in account settings to create one.

Request deletion from the web

Email us from the address associated with the account. Use the subject “Delete my ProApps Concepts account” and include your username. We will reply if additional identity verification is required.

What is deleted

Your account profile, authentication association, user-created platform records, and uploaded media associated only with that account are deleted or de-identified from active systems. Content that belongs to a shared team or is needed to preserve another user’s legitimate transaction record may be retained in a limited or de-identified form.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Protected backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle expires. They are not restored for ordinary product use.
