Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ProApps Concepts processes personal data when you use our website, mobile application, and related services. If you have questions, contact us at support@proappsconcepts.com.

Information we process

• Account information, such as username, email address, name, optional phone number, and authentication identifiers.
• Content you provide, including profile details, project, team, catalogue, order, and support information.
• Images and files you choose to upload, such as avatars, company logos, and item images.
• Technical and security information, such as IP address, device and app information, logs, crash details, and authentication activity.
• Microphone access only when you start voice search. Speech recognition may be processed by the speech service available on your device; ProApps Concepts does not intentionally store the raw microphone recording.

How we use information

We process information to create and secure accounts, provide requested platform features, store and display user content, support projects and orders, communicate with users, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. Depending on the context, our legal bases include performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and compliance with law.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We may share only the information needed with infrastructure, object-storage, authentication, email, diagnostics, and platform providers that help us operate the service. These currently include Hetzner for hosting and storage, Google for Google Sign-In and Google Play services, and Apple when Apple Sign-In is enabled. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When an account is deleted, associated account data is removed from active systems, except data we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups expire under their normal cycle. See our account deletion page for instructions.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and may complain to your local data-protection authority. Send requests to support@proappsconcepts.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

The service is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 18.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transport and restricted access. Data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will publish the revised version here and change the effective date when an update is material.
