2. Data we process

We may process account and identity details, business contact details, authentication identifiers, project, team, catalogue, order, scheduling, support and message content, and images or files you choose to upload. We also process security and technical data such as IP address, device, app and browser information, logs, crash details, and authentication activity. If you consent to website analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process online identifiers, pages visited, approximate location, device/browser details, referrer, and usage events. Our implementation does not intentionally send names, email addresses, account, project, order, message, file, or search-query content to Analytics.

3. Device permissions

Photo access is used only when you choose an avatar, company logo, or item image. Camera access is used only when you choose to capture content. Microphone and speech recognition are used only when you start voice search; the device speech service may process speech and ProApps does not intentionally retain the raw recording.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to secure accounts, answer enquiries, take pre-contractual steps, deliver and support contracted services, display chosen content, operate projects and orders, communicate, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. Depending on context, the basis is pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legal obligation, or legitimate interests in operation and security. Optional website analytics is based only on consent and remains disabled until consent is granted.

5. Providers and disclosures

We do not sell personal data. Necessary data may be handled by contracted hosting, storage, email, authentication, diagnostics, and platform providers, including Hetzner, Sentry, Google, and Apple, or disclosed where legally required. When website analytics is accepted, Google Analytics acts as an analytics provider. Providers receive only data needed for their role and are subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last commercial interaction. Contract, invoice, and project records follow contractual and legal archiving periods. Account and user content are kept while needed for the service; deletion removes active data except records required for law, security, fraud prevention, or disputes. Protected backups expire through their normal cycle. GA4 user- and event-level data is configured for no more than 14 months; standard aggregated reports may remain longer. GA4 cookies can last up to 2 years unless you withdraw consent, delete them, or the browser limits them sooner.

7. Rights, security, and transfers

Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object, or withdraw consent where applicable by contacting support@proappsconcepts.com. Identity verification may be required and you may complain to the competent authority. We use encrypted transport, password hashing, access controls, monitoring, backups, and proportionate safeguards. International processing uses required transfer safeguards.

8. Audience and changes

The service is intended for adults acting for businesses or professional organisations and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change and will publish the current version and date here.
